You may have questions about your service. Before you submit a ticket to Customer Service, it is recommended that you check the following questions and answers covering some of the most basic topics we have addressed so far.
  • Q: I have lost the link to my control panel! How can I access my server?
  • Answer: All orders placed will be responded to by an automated message containing a link to your control panel. Alternatively, the link to the control panel can be found via the "Customer login" link on this website. It is located in the menu at the top and the bottom of the page.

  • Q: I have forgotten my username and/or password!
  • Answer: It is always recommended that you keep your desired username and password safely recorded upon signup. But in the case you have lost your username and password, please submit an e-mail explaining your situation to from the same e-mail address that you registered with. Our staff will then assign you a new password, or a new username and password altogether if you request it. All information will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your username.

  • Q: How do I cancel my service?
  • Answer: If you wish to cancel your service, simply submit a cancellation request by logging in to your control panel and clicking on the 'Support Tickets' link.
